The Athens Chamber of Commerce is organizing an informal debate on the planning of the parties in the critical sectors of the economy and entrepreneurship, on Sunday, April 9, at 12:00, at the Athens Marriott Hotel.

During the special event, the Minister of Development and Investments, Adonis Georgiadis, the SYRIZA Member of Parliament, former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister of Economy and Development, Yannis Dragasakis, and the PASOK Member of Parliament and former Minister, Kostas Skandalides, will answer questions which will be presented by the journalist Iordanis Hasapopoulos, developing the program of the ND, SYRIZA and PASOK for the strengthening of the economy and the development of entrepreneurship.

Interventions will be made by the President of the E.E.A., Yiannis Hatzitheodosiou, the President of GSEVEE, Giorgos Kavvathas and the President of ESEEE, Giorgos Karanikas, while representatives of small and medium entrepreneurship will also ask questions.

Regarding the new initiative of the E.E.A., Mr. Hatzitheodosiou emphasizes:

"Elections are the top expression of Democracy and citizens are invited to choose on May 21st the country's governance model for the next 4 years. As the Professional Chamber of Athens we consider it necessary for the voters to know the programs of the political forces that claim the vote of the Greek people and we chose this direct way of communication, inviting political figures from the 3 largest parties. Our goal is to provide as complete information as possible ahead of the election contest, thus contributing to the formation of a calm political climate.

It is the hope of all of us that during the pre-election period, the solutions proposed by the political parties to solve the serious problems facing society will emerge. Citizens do not want a sterile political confrontation but realistic proposals. And above all, the emergence of a government, whether self-reliant or cooperative, without delays and continuous appeals to the polls, which will work for the development of the economy and the country."
