GSEE sent a letter to the relevant Ministers of Finance, Labor and Interior, requesting the restoration of Free Collective Bargaining for the determination of the remuneration conditions of the employees in the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Companies.
According to a relevant announcement by the Confederation, since 1/1/2013, the staff of the DEYA has been subject to the uniform salary list of the narrow public sector, with the consequence that there is no balanced and dignified remuneration system that meets the specific working conditions of the specific staff .
For this reason, the GSEE advocates the request of POEDEA for the exemption of the personnel of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Companies, from the application of the provisions of the uniform wage list
