The new trial of Babis Anagnostopoulos for the murder of Caroline Crouchs in Glyka Nera has been set for May 8, after the third adjournment yesterday.

At the beginning of the proceedings, the defendant asked for the floor and said: "I want to inform you that my lawyer cannot be present due to a health problem."

The court was informed by an associate of the lawyer Alexandros Papaioannidis' office that the lawyer has a health problem and presented documents from the clinic where he was admitted on Friday.
