A teenage girl in Piraeus was confronted with a gruesome sight when she found a human skeleton in an abandoned building. The girl saw the bones late on Friday afternoon and informed the police on Monday evening.
The building, which is located at 57 Papanastasiou Street in Piraeus, was attended by a team of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, police officers of the Department of Municipal Theater as well as an officer supervisor of the Directorate.
The skeleton was delivered to a funeral home, while, according to information, an autopsy has been ordered. The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Municipal Theater Police Department.
A 25-year-old man was arrested for drug trafficking
During a police investigation, medicinal tablets were found in two houses. €100,000 was seized from a bank safe that the young man had rented.
