Criminal prosecution for three offenses was brought against Volos goalkeeper Boris Kleiman who was arrested outside a bar in Kolonaki.
In particular, the prosecutor brought criminal proceedings against the footballer for
-Rape without consent (ie without the use of force)
-Insulting the genital dignity of a minor.
-Supply-possession of narcotic substances for own use.
The arrested person was referred to apologize to an investigator from whom he is expected to receive a deadline to prepare his defense before a judicial officer and investigator decide on his further criminal treatment.

A well-known Super League football player was arrested in Kolonaki in the early hours of Holy Tuesday.
The athlete was arrested on the charge of indecency against a girl, an act allegedly committed in a bar in the center of Athens.
A fight ensued with friends of the girl, who is from Belgium.
At the same time, according to information, a small amount of heroin was also found in his possession.
The girl filed a lawsuit against the soccer player, who is a citizen of Israel.
A few hours after it became known that the goalkeeper of Volos was arrested for an incident of indiscipline in Kolonaki, PAE issued a statement in which it states:
"By the decision of the president of PAE Volos, Mr. Achillea Beu, Boris Kleiman and Rodrigo Escoval have been left out of the team and the procedure to terminate their contracts has begun.
Their managers have already been informed."
